About Abbey Blinds West Midlands & Staffordshire
From very small beginnings in 1991 Abbey Blinds was created as a one man operation and, forcing it's way into a somewhat populated market nudging out competition along the way, has become one of the largest and long standing independent blind manufacturers in the West Midlands and Staffordshire area. Specialising in the production of the full range of interior blinds we proudly supply our wares direct to the public from our factory ideally situated and accessible at the heart of the central region.
We have an array of unique selling, pricing and servicing initiatives that ensure we will always have the edge over all comers and at the same time preserve the family run approach that has served our loyal Customer's over the years. The key to our success is simple, we always consider the Customer before profit. A good example of the success of this two way relationship has been through the latest recession in which seeing many of our competitors bow out, we were only pennies away from a record turnover year. All thanks to our ever supportive and referrring Customer base.
Two things that remain very important and key to our operation is staff and answerability which we feel creates the perfect operating atmosphere. With 11 full time staff made up of highly experienced and conscientious individuals the ethos of Customer respect and appreciation is guaranteed to succeed. Answerability is something that is overlooked by many trades in present times but we firmly believe that being independent in dealing with and therefore transparent to the Customer creates the ideal relationship. This is why we refuse to become a limited company or over expand our operation, effectively we feel that this would upset the perfect balance of mutual appreciation that has grown with Abbey Blinds to date. We do note wish to hide behind limited company status and cheat Customers out of the service that they are paying for and deserve.
